ITEG: A Company Perspective

The Integrated Technology Education Group believes that expenditures can be optimized, student outcome improved and the total learning experience excited by incorporating education technology as but one component of an integrated education system. This requires greater recognition of the linkage between building design, the classroom environment, student ergonomics, teacher training, technology, and more.  Education is the single largest "industry" in the world with one out of four members of the world's population actively participating. These numbers offer significant opportunities for leveraging what works best.  A systems approach will facilitate a vigorous process of adoption, modification and optimization. It will also improve opportunities for a closer working relationship between the academic community, government agencies and the providers of technology and supporting services.  This approach will maintain focus on the ultimate client -- the student!

The ITEG team looks forward to supporting this view of education.  In addition we are in a position to support government agencies and other organizations analyze, document and suggest responses to the potential economic, commercial and military implications of enhanced education initiatives by other countries.
